So you know how I said I had a sore throat last week? My go to when I come down with colds and other gooby afflictions is this delicious hot drink that’s tart and soothing at the same time. It’s full of some of my favourite things – lemon, ginger and honey – and it really does help. Classically it’s made without rum, but sometimes you just need a little something extra to perk you up. Rum is the answer. Surprisingly often…
This drink is super easy to throw together. Everything goes in a cup and is topped up with boiling water. Leave it to cool and steep for a few minutes and you’re done.
